"The hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were immaculately, clean, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hot tub under the stars in the evening was absolute fantastic! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Breakfast was also delicious!"

"We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel in Canazei. It was a bit tricky to get there there through with the hairpin bends but the scenary along the way was a total gem. From here you'll need around 40 mins to Ortisei and 10 mins toQC Therme. The staff was very nice (only the communication via English seems a bit challenging). Everything was good besides the parking situation - we got no parking slot on the day of arrival and the staff certainly couldn't recommend other legal parking possibilities...

"I don’t even know where to start, my stay at this hotel absolutely blew away my expectations. Nestled up in a gorgeous mountain village Tiers, the views of the landscape are breathtaking. Green pastures everywhere w/ a gaze at the Dolomites from afar & a lush forest in between. The hotel is super quiet & spotless clean. The aroma w/ candles burning.. puts u in a meditative state. Spacious room, comfy bed, rainfall shower ..organic soap & any appliance u may need (hair dryer etc), the attention...

"Very disappointed. I was arriving at 11pm, I've let them know and discovered that after 8pm they completely shut off the phone. I wanted to call for an information, impossible! When I arrived the hotel was all closed, thank god the bar was open and the person kindly helped me. No air conditioning in the room, no hair dryer, asked for an iron they said that it's currently used by another client. Bad bedding, king size bed was in fact two 1 place mattresses together. Very uncomfortable to sleep as...

"Everything was excellent, the bed could use a more comfortable mattress - not bad - but given the quality of everything else, I would think an upgrade to the quality and comfort to the mattress makes sense. "
