"Great location. Staff is not the most friendliest. Room was nice, but extremely outdated."

"The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference. I was lucky to have a room at the rear, but friends at the front complained of traffic noise. The rooms were very hot and they had to have a window open. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the evening meal here too. The free transfer to the slopes too 2 mins was also well organised and was nearly always waiting for us, when we came off the slopes. I would definitely shortlist this hotel again."

"Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed. "
