"Check-in took over an hour after valet parking & waiting for the check-in line. App check-in was not functioning properly. Room was tidy but in need of deeper cleanings & repairs. There was a rust pool under the toilet & the bathroom wall was peeling next to the sink. Carpet had several stains & felt dirty under foot. The walls outside of the elevator on our floor were dingy & in need of scrubbing. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels in better condition. Pool was nice, having a Starbucks available & other amenities was a plus. But really disappointed in the overall state of the hotel outside of the main lobby. "

"The front office rep was terrible. Room service didn't even come in not one time to clean our room or provide fresh towels. When he finally called to get some fresh towels they have blood on them. "

"This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are in terrible condition and have a bad odor. My stay was 4 days and I didn’t receive any house keeping. Even by request, housekeeping was not sent. Our keys stopped working every night. The staff member who was sent up to assist had a very nasty attitude and didn’t communicate with us. We stayed on the 17th floor. When checking out, the elevators were down and we had to carry our luggage down 17 flights of stairs. There was only one functional elevator for the rest of the stay. The area where snacks and waters are sold was practically empty. There is no safe in the room. We had no tv service for the first night. And the internet service was out most of the stay. I couldn’t watch streaming services. Most of the staff had terrible attitudes. I recommend not staying here."
