"I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management of this hotel for accommodating my late check-in after missing my arrival date due to a coach breakdown. The hotel boasts a modern and immaculate appearance, with my room being particularly impressive. The cuisine is exquisite, and the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. For anyone visiting Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, a stay at this hotel is an absolute must.

"I have been to a lot of hotels in Lilongwe over the years and this is hands down the best. Located in a quiet 600 hectares park with its own gamereseve, but only 15 mins from anywhere downtown, it’s a quiet, beautiful, reliable place. There is a vey nice garden with paths, a castle (!), a great restaurant and a beautiful swimming pool. The bungalow/rooms are spacious and have a feel of authenticity. This is the place to go

"Hotel was clean and in good condition, and staff were very friendly. Hotel is located a considerable distance from main commercial areas so taking a taxi to go anywhere is effectively necessary."

"From the pick up at 0130AM from the airport to the warm reception once I woke, to the food and garden, clean rooms and pool, this is the perfect place to fight some jet lag and have as home base… I kept extending .. just couldn’t leave .. definitely a jewel in the Malawi crown and the epitome of “Warm Heart” hospitality!"
