Staff was very helpful, especially Roxana in their restaurant. She was there for both late night dinner and breakfast and helped us with selection of vegetarian options. She was consistently eager to help us with decisions and provide the quickest service!

The room we stayed at was wonderful, all the staff were accommodating and considerate and SOO kind. Our group didn’t speak much Spanish but they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us when we needed.
