"Breakfast was very good, and Bruno did an excellent job with service for breakfast. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.
We were a little disappointed to only have 3 towels and 3 bottles of water since there were 4 of us. They did bring us another bottle of water on request, and we could have asked for a fourth towel but were too tired to wait for it. Biggest problem was that the Airport Shuttle instructions were completely wrong. The email said to meet the shuttle by the Taxi 365 by CMV counter. This was difficult to find. We thought we found it in the median across the street from the airport exit. There was a Taxi 365 and CMV counter there. We waited for over 30 minutes and no shuttle. Finally happened to see shuttle coming on other side of median, but driver directed us to go back towards the airport exit door 3. There was a woman there with a Holiday Inn sign who had checked in guests for the shuttle. We never saw her before. We’re guessing maybe there was a Taxi 365 and CMV counter inside the airport (not across in the median), possibly near door 1? If so, the instructions should emphasize that it is inside and which door it is closest to. If it is not inside, the instructions were just wrong, and we should have been directed to just exit door 3 and look for the lady with the sign. Also check in was very slow. All told, it made for a very late night. But staff and room were great."
