This place is an absolute gem! Great location between the Miraflores and Barranco neighborhoods. However, what I loved was that this felt like a bed and breakfast that you'd find in a more remote setting. Erika gave us a generous amount of time and attention, and her tips made our stay in Lima all the better!

Highly, highly recommend staying at the Quinta! We cannot say enough good things about our stay! Our room was clean and well kept, the bed was SO comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The best part of Quinta is the staff! Erika was so friendly and always went out of her way to give (awesome) recommendations, help with our mediocre Spanish, and tell us about the history of the property. We only had one night in Miraflores before flying home on a red eye, and Erika went above and beyond by allowing us to check out late. We were so happy to have a full day of exploring the city and still be able to take a hot shower before our long flight home. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

Perfect location in the heart of Miraflores!

We loved our stay at La Quinta. If you are looking for an intimate setting and well designed B&B this is the place for you. The attention from Erika, Gabriela and Raquel was exceptional. The room and bathroom were always clean and the AC always worked perfectly!

Stunning!

Beautiful place with a great feel in it. Never felt like staying in a hotel, but rather like being in a very cosy house with just few rooms in, stunning setup and wonderful service provided by Erica. The owners show up to pay a visit and ask about the experience, which is surely something we haven't witnessed anywhere. Everyone extremely friendly, conditions and location (Miraflores, the most charming part of Lima area and just 15 mins walk from the ocean) are perfect, so.... 10 out of 10 is well deserved!

Incredible.

Erika and Yessica were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. This hotel is personal and comfortable, with all the familiarity of staying with friends but all the privacy and amenities of a larger hotel. The room and bath were stunning and invited lounging and slowness, exactly what we needed after the busy beginning to our trip (a 5 day trek to Machu Picchu). Breakfast was prepared and delivered to our room each morning and the bed was turned down each night. Overall, the most beautiful and relaxing stay I’ve ever had in a small boutique hotel. Thank you ladies, you’re truly world class.

This was a lovely place to stay in Lima, definitely more than a two star establishment. Staff were extremely helpful, shower and facilities were good and it's close to a large number of good restaurants. Well worth the visit.

Hidden gem in Lima!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at - Barbara, Erika and Raquel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make our stay memorable. Erika was particularly helpful at sharing the best places to go in the nearby area and is a great source of knowledge for anything we wanted to go in Lima. The room was very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated with all the facilities you might need. The breakfast was delightful, with fresh breads, fruits and even eggs and avocado! Far more than we had expected and always the perfect start to our day. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back again one day!
