"Very comfortable accommodation for our family gathering "

"The unit is small for two adults, two children and a dog. It's also a little "tired" and well used. But the walk to the beach and the view from the deck are worth it."

"Clean and stocked well. Very cozy. I wished the lighting was better and more up to date ( not fluorescent, dimmable would be great). Also would have liked updated drapes for the windows, but the views were great."

"The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and out. One of the showers was not functional and it was a bathtub only bathroom. The bathrooms were ok but were not exceptionally well cared for. The master had the start of mold in several places. One of the toilets was slanted and leaning to one side. The landscaping was overgrown. The furnishings...

"The host was sooo welcoming and accommodating! They had made a loaf of freshly baked bread and had some "Happy Anniversary" signs displayed as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The house is deceptively spacious as it looks tiny from the outside! We were comfortable and warm and had just the best time. If I could give 10/5 stars I would"

"Cottage 7 was a beautiful upper level place with gorgeous unobstructed views. The decor and useablity of the space was perfection. The beach access was a straight shot from our backyard. Waldport is a small town but Newport is only 30 minutes away. My only negative note would be the kitchen pans and gadgets were sparse if you actually plan on cooking during your stay."

"The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a bit of an ant problem, and had to throw away some of our food. They were relentless, and the downstairs basement bedrooms had a bit of an odor but everything else was wonderful. There were a lot of stairs. "
