"Stayed 5 days. They didn’t make our room the first day so we asked why at the reception. They told us that we should have asked. So we did, to be made every day. Didn’t happen. During the 5 days they made it 1x. There is no other service, no fresh towels and one ends up paying $550 a night for a very small room. There are better places in Cambridge to stay at."

"The room was fairly clean, and the housekeeping staff is also super nice. The location is super convient. I was able to park at Alewife, and use the red line to navigate my trip. On our second night, a Monday, we struggled to sleep because the restaurant in the lobby was playing loud music with a fair amount of bass until after midnight. We were unfortunately staying right on top of the restaurant. We checked in with the front desk about it, but they weren't able to help, and did not offer...

"It was quaint and comfortably within expectations for a bed and breakfast in a former residential structure. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant, surprising blend of availability and regional approach to those offerings. We'd stay there again."

"The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean.
