"I didn't appreciate the pet deposit was supposed to be $25 and I find out it's $25 per day also $100 room deposit that I was not notified about until I checked in which overdrew my checking account and staff didn't really seem too concerned about that and it's been over a week and I still have not received my deposit back yet to my account. Steer clear of this place at all cost."

"Upon arrival there was a strong stench in the hallways! Hot tub was out of service. Once in room, lighting didn’t work on one half of the room so was very dark. There was no remote for the tv and when I informed the desk, they came up with 4 remotes, none of them worked. Then on night two of our stay; they came to “fix” it which was them looking at it, saying they’d be back and never returned. When I asked to be compensated for our terrible stay, I was told no. What a disappointment."
