"Het is gedateerd, geen koelkast en geen airco. Was erg heet in de kamer. Verder super schoon. Konden niet in restaurant eten volgens de 2 dames in de bediening. Ze deden geen enkele moeite. Volgens henzelf was er gebrek aan personeel. We kregen eerder de indruk dat ze geen zin hadden."

Posizione eccellente, collegato direttamente con la città con un comodo ascensore. Davvero una coccola la colazione servita in una bellissima sala con vista sulla città da personale davvero gentile. "We had a lovely two night stay in the panoramic room overlooking Lake Thun. Nice to be able to open the windows to feel the breeze. No coffee machine in room but just outside in hallway able to make in the morning after 08:00 as machine is noisy. Lovely breakfast offered - one complete breakfast was enough for both my husband and I. Bought a tuna sandwich to go and it was excellent. There is a bus coming by every hour right in front or nextdoor to go the lake area or to the train station. ...

Seul regret, le coté impersonnel et robotique de devoir faire le checkout sur ordinateur, même en présence de réceptionniste le matin."
