"Helpful receptionists & always replied to any questions I sent them vis email! Room was decent although couldn’t find any English channels on the tv! Bathroom could do with some hooks on door to hang clothes whilst showering! Breakfast was good with choice of cooked meats, scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurt & coffee! Hotel situated within easy reach of the centre, either by walking or by tram. All in all the hotel was a good choice!"

"stay started with issue, as hotel could not find my booking, was resolved next day. otherwise it was very nice place to stay. good breakfast option, great bar upstairs, clean room. i would recommend it."

"Nice room, walking distance to the old town was 30 mins, easy and flat. Would recommend. Views from the back of the hotel was into a residential area and the industrial area but didn’t stay to stare out of the window"
