Excellente présentation

Je conseille fortement ce logement de grande qualité. Il est idéalement placé dans la rue piétonne principale. Logement calme à proximité des 2 gares et de 2 stations de métro. La résidence est très propre et privée. Je recommande cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont très soucieux de notre confort !!!!!

Loved Lisbon

The apartment is on a pedestrian only street and the taxi dropped us off at the nearest location it could, which was a minute walk. Its about 20 minutes from Lisbon airport. There isnt a reception, but it was easy to enter the apartment with the access code provided. Im not tech savvy and I easily did it! The location is amazing as its right in the middle of everything going on and a short walk to the shops, restaurants, metro, main train stations and the river. We travelled easily to Sintra, Cascais, Estoril, we went to a Benfica football game, Colombia Shopping Centre, Belen Tower and we also did the hop on hop off bus tour. There is a mini market on the next parallel road behind the apartment and an Indian restaurant that is fantastic! The apartment building was quiet, the lift always worked, clean, great wifi, cable tv and the kitchen had everything you could need. The apartment management were constantly in touch with me and were very professional. We fell in love with Lisbon and cant wait to visit again to do some more exploring! We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

위치와 보안, 집 컨디션은 매우 좋습니다. 다만 5층을 배정받고 숙소에 들어가는 너무 놀랐습니다. 층고가 낮고 사선으로 되어 있어서 사용공간도 턱없이 부족하고...더 문제는.아이가 두세차례 머리를 박아서 거주 3일내내 무척 불편했습니다. 호스트에게 룸 교체를 요청했지만 가능한 룸이 없다고 거절했고, 사진과 다른 숙소에 대해 항의를 하였으나 역시 거절당했습니다. 룸타입을 고를수 있게하는 배려가 필요합니다.

The location was fabulous. It was close to everything and only pedestrian traffic which was so refreshing. Incredible views. Great restaurants and bakeries just seconds away. Amenities were fantastic. There was nothing we needed that they didn’t have. Super clean -loved the starch bed linens and everything smelled sooo good. So many conveniences. We even had fun eating in! The most awesome thing was you opened the balcony door and the city life was palpable. So lively and invigorating. You could watch the street artists, listen to music, but when you wanted peace and quiet you just closed the doors and heard nothing! On a scale of 1-10 I’d give it a 100. Only regret we had is that we had to leave. We were so lucky to have been able to stay there. Thank you so much!

繁華街の目肉通りにあるアパートメント

6泊したが、繁華街の目抜き通りに位置しており、立地は最高。アパートメントで広いが、あまり機能的ではなく「ただ広い」だけの印象。これだけ広く、ベッドも多く、値段も高いのであれば、バスタブはあって良いのではないか。テーブルも2人用の小さいものが一つあるだけで、アパートの使い勝手はあまり考えられていない。また、ごみ箱が置いてない（キッチンの下の家具作り付けのものが一つあるだけ、メールでゴミ箱を要望したが断られた）、日曜にはハウスキープが無かったなど、サービスは良くない。次回は別のホテル、アパートメントを探すだろう。

No coração de Lisboa

O apartamento é ótimo! Tudo muito limpo e organizado e tem uma excelente infraestrutura. Está localizado na avenida central de Lisboa, o que facilita o acesso a qualquer ponto turístico. Mesmo assim, o barulho da rua não é perceptível com as janelas fechadas. Só senti falta de uma máquina de lavar roupas, que é fundamental quando o tempo de hospedagem é grande.

Great location. Right in the heart of the old city. Would’ve liked to have a washing machine in apartment which is usually a standard appliance in a rental unit.

The location is in a very touristy area (like Time Square in New York). If that is what you are looking for, then this is your place. If not, then this is not your place. I felt that the self check-in process was easy enough and if you have been to Lisbon before and don't need any sort of guidance, then this is fine. But if this is your first time and you would like someone to help with recommendations, this is not your place. They are not very communicative. You have to communicate to them via email and they are selective in which emails they respond to. For example, I emailed them letting them know that there was no coffee pods for the coffee machine, and never got a response. But when I emailed them letting them know people were buzzing my apartment and they may be people trying to check-in, they responded. This was not our first stay in Lisbon and we were there only for 1 night so it was okay, but wouldn't have liked it if it was our first time in Lisbon or if we had to stay for more than 1 night.

Great 2 bed apartment but a few issues!

I have mixed feelings about this apartment. Modern, a great size and the location is perfect, with so much close by. However, when we arrived at 11pm at night to do our self check-in, there was no room key left for us. We called the out of hours number and the owners were helpful and apologetic but still it was disappointing as it was meant to be an easy self check-in. All in all it took about 45mins to sort out before we were in our room feeling extremely tired. The owners offered a free transfer back to the airport for the inconvenience but considering an Uber only cost us 9 euros from the airport, I'm not sure that cancels it out. Through my own mistake at the time of booking I booked 2 nights instead of 3 but I quickly realised so booked the 3rd night straight away and emailed the owners to confirm we could stay in the same room, which they did. However on the second day the cleaner came round to say that we should have vacated the room and passed me her phone to speak to the owner to whom I explained the situation and was told that they needed to double check this. I then followed up to the email where they'd confirmed that we could stay in the same room and was told there was a mistake on their system and all was fine. Not a big deal, just annoying after we'd had they key issue and it was my brothers birthday. Worth noting there is a strong sewage smell in the lobby and one of the bedrooms. They do leave a bottle of wine in the fridge which is a nice touch!

Flat confortável e charmoso no coração de Lisboa.

Apartamento tipo flat, com elevador, cozinha muito bem equipada, bonito, confortável e excelente localização (e ainda uma garrafa de vinho verde de cortesia). Não há recepção. A arrumação e diária, entretanto, a arrumadeira não foi no domingo (não recordo se havia essa observação no hotéis.com, mas nada que comprometesse a maravilhosa estadia). Recomendo e ficaria novamente.

Augusta Residence has a perfect location — restaurants, shops immediately outside the doorstep. Brand new, modern apartment. Spacious. Clean. However there was an offensive odor in the lobby which we were told was an issue with the sewers. Inside the apartment there were random bad odors- sometimes in the bedroom and living area. We flushed the bedet with no change. We never figured out what the smell was but it was worrisome to us. We were worried that the smell would be harmful to our family and had to leave the windows open as a result.
