TB séjour et vue magnifique.

Très bon séjour. Vue à couper le souffle. TB emplacement (toutnà pied, Tram 28 proche...). Entrée / sortie avec code, simple et efficace. L'appartement est TB avec de belles prestations mis à part la SdB: petite et mériterait un peu plus de soin (fuite pommeau de douche...).

Good value & view. Nightmare check in.

The apartment itself was ok; great view but a bit run down (shower head was broken) & not as clean as it could be. They are lying about the property being vacant for 48 hours prior as we saw the previous guests check out of our room on the day we arrived. However the worst thing was the check in process. It was a nightmare. We knew it was a remote check in where we would receive a door code but we had no communication leading up to our arrival. On the day of arrival it took hours to even get anyone on the phone. We had asked for early check in but this didn’t happen. We had also asked for the bed to be made up - they were still doing this after we checked in, so clearly unprepared.

Apparent war an sich schön und einigermaßen sauber, allerdings war das Personal unglaublich unorganisiert und beim Check In war niemand vor Ort wir mussten lange warten bin jemand ans Telefon gegangen ist außerdem haben wir keine Eiführung bekommen und auch keine Email mit dem Zugangscode also müsste wir sehr lange warten bisüberhaupt Kontakt entstanden ist, außerdem war der Pool sehr dreckig, aber der Garten sehr schön

The hotel was ok the check in process was pretty good. Location was near Chiado and it was pretty spacious The bathrooms had mold and mildew and so did the entrance foyer. I wouldn’t consider going back to this hotel due to the mold in the bathroom and the damage on the walls due to the shower water hitting the walls Constantly.

Péssima escolha

Péssima escolha, o hotel não limpa os quartos, roupas de cama e toalhas sujas. Banheiro cheio de mofo, uma verdadeira decepção, impossível se comunicar com o hotel somente por telefone não há staff. Pelo mesmo valor e possível ficar em um verdadeiro hotel na avenida da liberdade.

Bruyant.

Lors de notre séjour nous avons loger dans l'appartement 0A rdc. Joli a première vue. Mais vite désagréable pour cause :Mobiliers défectueux, une marche dangereuse dans le couloir non visualisé, manque de matériel en cuisine, WiFi indisponible au bout d'une journée, code d accès pour la porte incorrect obliger d appeler plusieurs fois le service par téléphonie car personne sur place. Et le pire l'appartement est mal isolé phoniquement nous avons des voisins au dessus très très bruyant et irrespectueux. L'enfant courait, sautait tout le temps même les parents ont les entendaient marché et parlé. Le bruit des chaises. Notre séjour c'est vite transformé en cauchemar. La chambre ést côté rue, pareille aucune insonorisation on entendait les passants dans la rue à n'importe quel heure. Dommage car le lieu au premier abord était agréable.

Nice apartment awful welcome to Lisbon

Arrived at the apartment and was disappointed to find there was no reception. I hadn’t received any additional instructions ahead of my stay. I buzzed a buzzer to disclose who I was in the street over an intercom. I then got inside and realised it was a self check in. The check in process was painful, I had to attempt to check In on a machine and then had to phone a help line when my hotel.com reference hadn’t worked. I hadn’t been sent an email from the apartments with any new booking ref numbers. At this point and email was only then promptly sent by the ‘virtual receptionist’. With the information I required. Then my credit card wouldn’t work for city tax required. So had to get back on the phone to the remote assistance. They then had to call a cleaner to come and collect the tax in cash. I understand that this company probably has several apartments around the city and to keep staff costs down they have installed these machines to check in and then have one person to act as a virtual reception if required, but having just arrived in Lisbon and not expecting this it really wasn’t the welcome I’d hoped for, this experience actually made me feel very isolated and sad. The apartment was lovely but this cold frustrating non welcome to the city completely marred my very short stay there. They might have saved money on staff but it’s cost the soul of these apartments.

The location is great. The staff were friendly. The properties need a little bit of tlc. A number of minor decorating issues needed attention. Also kitchens need coffee machines or cafetiers. The showers need attention and a door to stop the bathroom turning into a swimming pool.

Die Apartmenst sind sehr schön, tolle Aussicht auf den Fluß Tejo. Zu bemängeln gibt es größere Schimmelflecken im Badezimmer, das sollte mal behoben werden! Ansonsten war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Lissabon, da passte alles!

Toll war der phantastische Ausblick von der Dachterrasse! Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, so dass man recht schnell zu allen wichtigen Punkten gelangen konnte! Das Hotel liegt ruhig, aber doch zentral! Die Kommunikation mit der virtuellen Rezeption hat meist gut geklappt!

Automated check-in is convenient for the landlord but, after a long travel day, figuring out the machine and having to scan passports properly was quite frustrating and impersonal. There was no one there to greet us and speak briefly about Lisbon and the proximity as with many of the other small rentals we have had in Europe. The room itself was nice. Lots of room and recently updated except for the bathroom, which had multiple problems. The hook for the shower nozzle was broken so you couldn't have a proper shower. Mold in shower stall. Water damage on ceiling. Toilet roll holder had been ripped out of the wall. Toilet flusher very loose in the wall. Screws sticking out of the wall. Water damage behind the toilet. Not very well kept overall. Maid service every day, except the only thing they seemed to do was empty the garbage - which was totally unnecessary as there were only a few things in them. Not very environmentally friendly for sure. No recycling information was given. Location is good for walking and seeing the sights. Overall not bad, but repairs are needed in the bathroom.

L'emplacement était bien ,tres central et proche de tout à pied ,car le metro le plus proche était à 20 min de marche. Pour le reste j'ai été très déçu, la seule chose qui était fait dans la chambre c'était le changement des serviettes et le lit, jamais les planchers ont été balayés ou nettoyés et plus que la semaine avançait plus que tout devenait sale. On avait pas été informés que l'enregistrement à l'arrivée se ferait de façon virtuelle. On a reçu un courriel tard dans la journée pour nous l'expliquer ,ce qui aurait dû être fait au moins une journée avant notre depart , donc pour ce qui est de la communication c'était nul. Aussi, sur ma réservation c'était indiqué qu'un montant de 1 Euro par personne par jour serait chargé lors de l'enregistrement, j'aurais donc dû être chargé 12 Euro , n'est ce pas ? Mais au lieu de ça on m'a chargé 24 Euros, pourriez vous me clarifier ça s'il vous plait?

Ruhig gesehen und doch zentral. Hatten einen Bungalow mit Gartensicht. Der Pool ist klein aber cool mitten in der Stadt. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

This property was Excellent in all ways.....we had the deluxe penthouse on the top floor with 3 balconies in which 2 were facing the river. Great location, easy check in and the views were the best. We would open the windows and sliding glass door for the best breezes. This apartment was Excellent and would recommend it....I would give in 5 stars out of 5 !
