I’m surprised this is 4 stars. The service was so excellent that it should be 5 stars. Staff are friendly helpful and kind. There is this cliche feel in the hotel and everything is super clean. For all future trips to Portugal I will be looking to stay here.

Hotel relatively close to the airport. City center of Lisbon reachable by taxi or Uber. Excellent breakfast buffet. Omelet freshly made. Great choice of cocktails at the hotel bar. The bartender Daniel gave us the right explanation and prepared the perfect cocktail. On the negative side: Designated smoking area is not well isolated. Lies next to breakfast room and hotel bar. The cigar and cigarette smoke reached the bar area.

The stay was excellent. The bar service is outstanding, truly among the best anywhere. The hotel restaurant offers exceptional food — honestly some of the best I’ve had in Portugal — and the service is equally impressive. The spa services are also top‑class. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful experience.

The hotel is convenient to the Praça de Espanha metro and has a couple of playgrounds nearby. It’s reasonable for families and near the Zoo. It’s not terribly convenient to the old town area, but quick to the airport. The hotel itself is clean and easy to navigate. The restaurant had a lovely breakfast and made a good backup option for dinner. We had a suite, so the room was extra spacious.
