Very Unique property "inside" of a really fabulous restaurant. Great food and all the staff were very helpful
(they even had takeaway breakfast for us at 4 am when we left for our flight! Great walkable location in Barrio Alto--the only drawback was the distance to parking and lots of stairs to get there.
We will return!
If you're going to Lisbon and you don't stay at Santa Bica, you missed out of something. Santa Bica is a ***** hotel. They had a staff of 5 persons, and everyone was a true star - so it was a 5-star accommodation 😉 The breakfast was great as was the terrace. Great location as well.
I recommend this facility 👍👍👍
Cozy little place, I believe it only has 4 rooms in total; very comfortable though.
Our room had a nice size bed, lots of channels and nice stand-on shower bathroom.
The lady that helped us was super nice, very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (it was earlier than check in); but she cleaned the room and was able to let us in earlier.
She made us breakfast at arrival and was delicious homemade food, including jam and yogurt.
Would recommend but be aware it's small and it's on a very steep hill - as most of Lisbon :)
Stayed here for a few days and overall, it was very good. The breakfast was great, the staff were good and the hotel itself was clean. Great location, I must say. The only downside was that it doesn't have a front desk and you have to keep chasing staff if you needed something.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Took a short City Break & stayed for 4 x nights. Ideally placed very close to Cais do Sodre (metro & overground). Beds comfy & fresh towels & cleaned daily. Great breakfast & food excellent at night.
The hotel is small, no 24-hour lobby but can be reached by phone. Very nice people and service. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. The only problem is that all rooms face the reataurant terrace, which means conversation noise in the evenings. Not a huge deal, just an observation. The room was very comfortable, recently renovated, clean modern design but there was no WiFi in the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Great location if a little gritty! Very central. Check in and out was relatively easy. Room was excellent. Very clean except there were some kind of worms in the toilet when we arrived. Owner said it’s the hot weather and they come up the pipes. Complimentary Continental breakfast was excellent. Not suitable if mobility is a problem as in a steep hill.
Expedia offers the hotel as being in Chiado district and it is not. It’s in a very sketchy part of the city where people are selling drugs on the street (common in Lisbon but extremely common in this area). Hotel is a bar with rooms and is extremely noisy. Not access to public transportation. One of the cleaning ladies tossed away a souvenir I bought because she thought it was trash!
The person at check in was nice and helpful but they don’t have a front desk so good luck if you try to get a hold on any of them to let them know about any issues.

Great location. Small rooms and not much privacy with rooms backing right onto restaurant patio.
Came to Lisbon for a hen party, had a great time. The hotel was great at organising transfers for us, breakfast was lovely, room was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
