Very friendly owners, good location in Belem with its sightseeing opportunities, also good compromise between beach directions and city, nice sunny appartment with lots of space and a functional kitchen; only downside was the little bit too high price for that period of time, maybe due to the arrival of the pope in the city so that prices probably went up. Thanks.

Gostaria de agradecer ao Gonçalo pela atenção tão especial. o apto é amplo porém não tem elevador. o que não me atrapalhou. O quarto não tem cortina e as cinco da manhã estava muito claro. o apartamento não possui sistema anti ruídos então se você tiver o azar de ter vizinhos barulhentos as 4 da manhã, como eu tive,,, será um problema! a rua estava reformando e tb tinha muito barulho e não era possível chegar com o carro. Atenção: o prédio não possui estacionamento mas dá para estacionar nas imediações. cobram 50 euros pela taxa de limpeza, o que eu não achei muito justo já que a diária não é barata! vantagem: ao lado do mercado pingo doce e dá para ir a pé as atrações de Belem

The best place i have stayed in. Clean, well equipped withe verything you need: - towels - toiletries - cooking stuff - oil and spices etc The host is very caring and professional. we had a late arrival, he was in touch a few days befreo and on the day via Watsapp (we did not needed him on the check in) . He even spoke with the Uber driver and helped with the directions!

We really enjoyed our stay in Belem. The appartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Gonçalo was a perfect host, always has some good advice when you need help. Perfect!

Lisbon-Way apartments is in the Belem/Restelo area of Lisbon. This location is excellent for visiting many of the monuments, the "Pasties of Belem" and newer tourist sights, on foot. The city has excellent public transportation --- if you can figure out how to use it with multi-ride ticketing. I don't know where you can easily buy tickets and ask for information other than in the train stations which are not close by !!! Lisbon-Way apartments is managed by Gonsalo, who lives onsite and is easily reached via "Whatsapp". He cannot do enough to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. The apartments are reached via stairs and there is no lift for those who have disabilities or difficulty climbing the stairs. However, he will offer to assist you with your bags to your apartment. The apartments are large and comfortable, but not air conditioned. This may not be a problem most of the year, unless the temperature gets into the range of 80+ F ... when opening the windows and running fans (circulators) is necessary. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dish washer and clothes washer/dryer built in. A full size refrigerator/freezer is also there. Dishes, pots and utensils make the kitchen very useful for when you don't feel like going to a restaurant. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Closets and storage are very adequate. Bathrooms are a little tight by USA standards, but modern and well-maintained. Entrance to the main door and your individual apartmen

Well located with almost immediate access to a number of popular attractions but also to a supermarket, pharmacy and other amenities. Not at all sorry to have stayed there.

I really like the location of property. I didn't like the fact that when your in a hotel you can just walk to front desk and get directions or have someone just call you a taxi when your in an apartment type property your on your own. With that said I like having a kitchen and the space was great. I was very pleased with this property

Spent 9 days here both working and as a tourist and it was a joy to be here. Location absolutely perfect, has all the basic amenities to self-cater, clean and communication with Gonçalo was excellent. As a few others have said, it can be a little noisy but this is absolutely no reflection on the property or the host, this is just down to the individual guests.

Good communication with the owner of the flat. The owner was very helpful, and provided help with local information and the most useful thing was, the ability to take the WiFi source with us while traveling.

Well maintained property. Gonçalo our host was excellent. Stayed on top of things and kept in touch with us. Arranged our airport transfers and provided adapters and portable wifi. We even used on our trip to Porto. Area is safe and quiet with a few good restaurants and cafes. Belem area so all the sights there are in walking distance. Away from the centre of Lisbon but Uber is great.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Sado apartment. The hosts communication and check-in was easy and quick. There is a lovely welcome pack in the apartment with recommendations in the area of things to do and places to eat. The apartment is nicely situated in walking distance from some lovely sights. Although the property is on a main road the windows when closed block almost all of the sound out, my only gripe was that the residents in the apartment are very noisy walking on the wooden floors and this can disturb you in the morning. I would definitely at Lisbon way apartments again.

Just what I needed...

Great location. Lovely apartment. Great host who is available to contact all the time and will endeavour to sort out any issues. Good amenities within the apartment with a supermarket around the corner. If you want to stay in Belem, great place. Easy tram access to Lisbon centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, perhaps a little cold but it would probably be nice in hotter weather and the bed was really warm and cosy so it didn’t bother us. It had apparently just undergone some renovation and wasn’t quite ready (there was no blind in the bedroom), but it wasn’t a problem for us and the owner organised a hippotrip for us as recompense which was really thoughtful. It was a nice location on a quiet, charming street between the Belem tower and Jeronimos monastery, with easy access to lots of amenities and transport. Overall a great stay.

Great apartment in a super location

Apartment was great! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice big dining room table, couch, and single beds. The only negative thing that can be said about the apartment was the rather small-ish bathroom, although the shower did have great water pressure. A lot of amenities in it including a dishwasher, clothes washer, large refrigerator. The elevator was also rather large. Situated perfectly amongst the Belem Tower, Monument of the Discoveries, St. Jeromes Monastary, the Pasteis de Belem pastry shop, and multiple museums to include the Mariners, Planetarium, Aquarium, and Modern Art museum. There is a nearby grocery store and restaurants withing easy walking distance. I have found my one and only place in Lisbon.

The hotelier was hospitable and stayed up until way after midnight to show us around our apartment. He also appreciated that we were tired so didn’t go into needless detail, instead inviting us to contact him on his personal phone if we needed anything. The facilities were modern and worked well. The portable WiFi router allowed you to take your internet into town so it would be useful if you did not have an EU phone contract. The rooms were relatively spacious and the location was convenient.

Great apartment in a convenient location

Upon arrival Goncalo was extremely helpful, providing advice about what would be good to see and how to get there. The apartment, was clean and spacious and located close to key tourist areas in Belem. With the train station not too far away, travelling into Alfama was easy.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von Torre de Belém

Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangsort um Lissabon zu erkunden. Hervorzuheben ist sowohl die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, als auch die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Cafés oder auch Restaurants sind fußläufig (4 Minuten) erreichbar, genauso wie die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn. Der Bahnhof für die Züge nach Lissabon Altstadt (8 Minuten Fahrtzeit) bzw. Estoril und Cascais ist 15-20 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Für eine Familie mit 4 Personen ist die Wohnung absolut ausreichend. Parken kann man vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Der Stadtteil Belém ist wesentlich ruhiger als die Altstadt, ein Spaziergang am Tejo oder in den Parks um den Mosteiro dos Jerónimos ist empfehlenswert.
