"Basic hotel , didn't even see any staff to speak too only when I checked in , moist during the week due to business functions , which this hotel is predominantly for I think.... "

Der Wellnessbereich ist in der 24.Etage und kostet 275 kč /h oder 495 kč /Tag. Bei einigen Zimmern ist der Aufenthalt im Wellnesszentrum im Preis includiert. "

"My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice."

"Hotel was lovely, clean, modern, nice bar, lovely breakfast. Not super close to the centre of you want to walk but taxis are cheap and regular and I believe there is a tram close by. We jad move weather so didn't mind the walk whe going out opting for a taxi home."

"Internet worked fine; clean; amenities like a microwave and hot water pot; 4 minute walk from the much used public transportation; the amenities did it for me though. Thank you Hotel Valcha"

"Unable to turn heat down. Super hot! Got a fan from reception. Helped a little. Room ok. Small. Bathroom small. Most staff NOT friendly, especially the ladies in the Breakfast room. Breakfast was minimal and bland. Thank goodness for the coffee machine. No vending machines or drinks available in lobby. Zero. Outdoor patio ONLY open during breakfast 7-1030. Not accessible during breakfast hours. Waste of space. "

"Everything about this hotel and our stay was A****. The lovely ladies at reception were very welcoming and helpful, the coffee served in this hotel is divine!!! Hotel was very clean (Pics on website exactly what you see in person), room was a good size, bed was perfect and relaxing, bathroom was modern and clean!! I can't stress that enough. it was walking distance to the center of everything. Would highly recommend this hotel. I will be coming back to stay when next in Prague."
