"Really enjoyed our stay at the beautifully decorated and full of all the required amenities at the hotel .
Very close to station /supermarket ,pier for the boat cruise and town .
Staff could not be any more helpful as they did everything to make our stay wonderful .
Courtsey services that stood apart included free glass bottle for each guest.
Sparkling /still water taps at reception with fruits and candies
Umbrella for guests if it rains which came handy
Special thanks to Yara who made our trip memorable with her assitnce at all times and planning our days .
Elena made sure to help us with a smile and patience at the reception with all our asks and needs .
Overall nothing was too much to ask for the reception staff and they were all wonderful .
Definitely would be staying again when we are back to the lovely Lucerne xx"
