"l. box of tissues were on the higher shelf-covered in dust and had to pull about 6 out til i got one that looked normal-i.e. not wet then dry. 2. breakfast on weekend labeled, clean, organized. today, no eggs, no sausage, no labels, no lids for coffee since you don't have coffee in the room and i had to go downstairs for that first cup. 3. one bar of soap-one for washing hands in sink. luckily i had a bar of soap for use in the shower. 4. overall the bathroom not easy to put items on the sink, shelves-makeup bags, dob kits, etc. and when in shower and want to get out? the door with handle opens next to toilet-not much room. using your nails on the door to get the other side open to step out. 5. no alarm clock to see time during the night. yes, you had a microwave and we could set the time but not everyone has great vision, esp during the night. "

"The room smelled like cigarettes. Filled out a survey and complained to the front desk said it would be taken care of by cleaning crew and it still smelled the next day"

"Outdated everything. Tv in one of my groups rooms wouldn’t function (had 3 + remotes that did nothing). Front desk instead of fixing gave me another room as solution. All tvs in rooms are horribly old , shower pressure was not good, the doors to the rooms need to be looked at as we had to get replacement keys often during our quick stay as the locks did not function properly. Two elevators both big enough for one person and luggage seem pointless so we all waited for the one normal size elevator"

"This hotel I would not recommend no one go there because of the condition of it. The bathroom shower head is corroded, floor is missed up and has a hose under the towels and the mattress of the bed is too old and soft like a sponge. The person at the front desk was nice and respected. This hotel need a major upgrade to get customers to come back otherwise if they don’t upgrade or either remodel the place they will lose it. Expedia needs to take this hotel off their website because it will make Expedia look bad. 🤔🤔🤔"

"Had a lot of fun in the casino and a delicious meal at the Italian restaurant. Front staff was not overly friendly at check-in. Rooms could use a little updating. Not sure why we didn’t get our room cleaned and fresh towels one day. Called housekeeping and they brought us fresh towels."

"It was less expensive. Wasn't expecting it to be fancy but our stay wasn't with out drama. Checking was not smooth. Desk Clerk was confused due to too many things happening at the same time. She gave us the wrong stlye room. Then had to what in the car for them to clean another room for 20 mins. The one of the cleaning staff didn't show up for work. Then there wasn't any remote for our TV. They had no replacement, so we had no TV. When we checked out the Clerk didn't know if we had paid a $100 deposit. So now I'm going to have to check my charge card to see. Supposed to have breakfast available but didn't see it and was never told anything. Glad to have left."
