"The hotel itself was really nice and clean, but unfortunately, the food and drinks were not the best at all. I would rate both about a 4/10. The prices during the summer are also outrageous, especially considering that the resort is not all-inclusive. As for the spa, I would give the overall experience a 5/10. "Everything was clean and everyone was helpful. Only downside for us was the sofa bed was disgusting. Tried to have our team son sleep on it but we took the mattress off and put it on the floor and put triple layers of sheets on it because God knows what was living on that thing. That just comes down to cleaning staff checking it. Everything else in the hotel was really great."

"Wasn’t that the property was bad at the staff was just very rude and disrespectful. I have stayed here in the past and never had an issue. The guy at the front desk was very offputting with a very disgusting attitude and almost made me want to cancel my reservation I probably will never stay here again because first impressions are everything and his was lacking."

"I stayed in the South tower. I love my room but I think they needed to vacuum and deep clean those rugs. I kept sneezing all the time. I booked two rooms and requested a conjoining room and they fulfilled my request. So I was very excited about that. Overall me and my family had an amazing time."
