"Really clean great amenities like gym and breakfast. I tried to ring for a shuttle to be picked up on arrival at the airport but here the ordeal began: the only phone number listed was a generic Hilton number (ie the main Hilton number 1866 number) which cannot be dialed from an international phone number. "Great place for family fun and activities but food is very expensive"

"My first time at the Elm, loved it. Gracious staff, clean, vaulted ceiling spacious room, plenty of lighted, secured parking next to the building, modern electronics plugs, excellent view of the lake as you check in and dine on the 4th floor. I'll be back!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my first but definitely won’t be the last. The lovely gentlemen working on the afternoon and evening of June 20th were super friendly and gave A+ customer service. The room was spotless and with the weather being humid the air conditioning was also too notch. The coolness of the room was extremely inviting and much appreciated after being outside all evening. The location was perfect and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot wait to come back...
