"GREAT deal for the price. Hotel is centrally located and an easy 1 block walk to Time Square. The staff was very sweet, checkin was quick, checkout simply required dropping the key card in a box and the room was well appointed & clean. I was surprised at how quiet it was, we could not hear ANYTHING, no streel sound (floor 36) and no hallway noise or doors slambing. Bed was comfy, I'll stay there again the next time I'm in the city. Also received a $35 credit to the restaurant (which I wasn't expecting). Didn't use it, but it was a nice bonus."

"Clean room and comfortable bed. I was surprised that the hotel is not as renovated as I had expected — it’s nice but not THAT nice as it is an older hotel. The staff is not 5 star like in other high end hotels. For instance, the hostess at the Gold Room was not helpful and prioritized talking with another coworker showing something on her phone, and the housekeeper that brought us a mini fridge at night clearly did not want to be working. The hotel is fine but not a wow."

"This hotels location is perfect for seeing all the shows and watching times square from your window. Everything is in walking distance. The staff everywhere we went while on our honeymoon was fantastic from check in reception Steven, to Revel and Rye Michael and Tatiana the bartenders, Fantastic time at The View and Ray the bartender, Even the security downstairs, these guys are great. Amazing customer service. The room was outstanding. Clean, good size for NY and great views. I will definitely be back to this hotel on my next stay. The elevator system has to be the most efficient I have ever seen. We never waited for one elevator. WELL DONE Marriott Marquis. We love you and you have gained a new customer."
