"We had a wonderful time at The Westin. Its our second time and it was consistently excellent. The room is very comfortable and the oceanfront balcony was wonderful. We spent much of our time enjoying the view and chairs. The pool is very nice, staff across the whole property very attentive. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella included as well. So many amenities! We didnt eat on site, its not our cup of tea, but the food looked good and has great reviews. Overall a wonderful time and we will be sure to come back."

"Photos seem like they were taken a decade ago. Decent property, but it’s showing its age and wear. AC in room didn’t work, was essentially a fan, main room worked extra hard to keep place cool. Random light switches that took a while to sort out. Great location, property still has promise, just needs some care. Parking was the fantastic. Covered lot with easy access for guests. A minute walk to the beachfront."

"I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Upon arrival, the property felt dated, unclean, and had a stale, musty odor throughout. Our room was not well-maintained. The sheets didn’t even fit the bed properly, which immediately gave the impression that cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking. When we turned on the heat, the smell coming from the air conditioning unit was awful and strongly resembled urine. To make matters worse, the entire building was undergoing construction, something guests should be informed of before booking. The elevator was also out of service for an entire day, creating a major inconvenience. The pool area was disappointing as well. There were fire ants around the pool, and I ended up with multiple bites on my feet. The one positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which was convenient and close to everything we needed. However, with other options available nearby, I would strongly recommend choosing one of those instead. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to the price, the photos, or the expectations set by the listing."
