"Everything was great! We asked to be switched to another room due to sanitary reasons and that was no problem. New room was fantastic, only thing that we would suggest looking at is the shower head - when turning on the shower, the shower head expelled this high pitched noise the entire time while taking a shower. But im sure thats a quick fix."

They were so accommodating when an unexpected situation arose with our room. It was a relief to know they were there to sort things out quickly and efficiently. "The room was clean. The drain in the shower was clear, which I often check for. The staff were lovely. The only small thing that would be amazing is brighter lights in the bathroom. I would be happy staying here again! The location is very convenient too! "
