"I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "

"The room was very clean and the staff was very good and helpful. The only negative was that the door to the room was not easy to open or close properly. It needed to be fixed correctly. "

"Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room."

"The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation fan, and the staff do not answer the phone when you need assistance. They have charged me extra. "

"We chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool and we wanted to exercise before we got on an airplane. However, the pool was closed due to a broken heater. Their breakfast was okay but certainly wasn't worth paying for when there's so many other restaurants around. There was a big rip carpet in front of our room. On the good side, the bed was really comfortable and the people were fairly nice. Nice. There is an exercise room with some weights and some treadmills."
