They not only phoned around to find a close hotel with an opening for the night (as they were full that night), they got all of my luggage to the other hotel, gave me a complimentary drink, got my luggage back on my actual reservation day, and gave me the best recommendations for food and coffee. "This was a great location and I liked that they had sodas and water for sale in the lobby. My daughter enjoyed her massage as well. Loved the A/C. The shower head kept coming off and water would go all over the bathroom floor. Would help if there was a door with the shower. Bed was super comfortable. No kettle in the room and breakfast would have been nice if a little more was offered. "
