The Hotel was very dirty ,there was no Breakfast available, no car parking , no restaurant, no bar and the rain was running down for stairs from a hole in the roof . We were very disappointed with the Hotel

Ideal location. The staff are clearly renovating the hotel. I stayed last year and I noticed new fire doors, carpets and dining room redecorated.

Half the price of other hotels over Easter but it showed. A bit run down but the beds were spotless and the stay was fine if you’re not fussy. Great location.

Direkt am Pier gelegen. Großes und sauberes Zimmer (leider aber zwei defekte Steckdosen). Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten (zwischen 10 und 16 Uhr) direkt vor dem Hotel. Kleines Frühstück aber trotzdem ausreichend.

The hotel is very run down, in need of total renovation, a lot of mould in the shower, however, our bedroom was enormous the bed was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was perfectly adequate. The hotel is in the ideal location and we had a wonderful weekend.

The location of the property is excellent. The possibility of restaurants and shops around the property is superb. The property needs better maintenance. It is a pity that being in such superb location the maintenance of the building is terrible. One big issue is that it did not have elevator and it has very steep stairs. If you have big luggage that is a big problem. Regards JCB

Furniture in room was poorly maintained. Bedside cabinets were poorly fixed to the wall and one fell off during our stay. Room had marks on walls that could have been cleaned off. Breakfast was basic, with limited choice. Bed was comfortable. No WIFI in room and poor mobile signal. Location was convenient for pier, town centre and on sea front.

Clean comfortable room with a view of the seafront, facilities were basic but perfectly functional - we didn’t eat at the hotel - there were many available restaurants available in Llandudno - we had a good stay and I would certainly stay again 😊

Friendly hotel with helpful staff.

Elsinore Hotel was for an economical stay in a relaxing, friendly, helpful hotel. Continental breakfast was not until 8.30 am though included in the price.
