Value for money, no onsite parking

Good sray but there is no parking available eventhough it says so in the description. Hard to get tonto drop luggage, so need small car. Other then that, enjoyed our stay. Value for money. Good location. Friendly staff.

We were there just after new year so not unexpectedly bar and restaurant were closed. There appeared to be several family's living in the hotel who were quite noisy late at night and early morning. However overall we were satisfied with the hotel considering the price

Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Говорят на русском. Мелкие недочёты в номере с лихвой окупает вкуснейшие завтрак и позитив со стороны персонала. Однозначно рекомендую!

Mécontentement

J'ai tourné dans les rues de lloret de mar pendant plus d'une heure et je n'ai jamais trouvé l'établissement royal inn. Que ce soit par gps(Tom Tom ) ou avec smartphone (Samsung ) impossible de trouver. J'ai donc décidé d'aller dans un autre hôtel (ibis à gerone) . Ce qui a entraîné des frais supplémentaires et imprévus. Alors je ne peux en aucun cas être favorable vis à vis de cette réservation. Je précise que la rue dans laquelle l'établissement est censé se trouver est une rue inaccessible en voiture alors que l'annonce précise un parking mais dans une ruelle de deux mètres de large c'est tout bonnement impossible. J'espère que mon commentaire sera pris au sérieux, car je ne veux pas que d'autres se fassent avoir de la même façon.

Cet appartement était en très mauvais état, le responsable faisait mine de ne pas comprendre (même avec traducteur du portable à l appui) beaucoup de choses étaient cassées ou ne fonctionnaient pas (fenêtres, frigo etc...) le lendemain fuite dans salle de bain, le gérant est venu pendant notre absence il a cassé le plafond, n a pas enlevé les débris causés (j ai des photos pour preuve) je le déconseille vivement

Établissement près de la plage

Appart hotel très bien, plusieurs chambres. En revanche l'accueil c'est pas trop ça. Un homme pas du tout souriant, à les pieds sur la table. Étant français et ne parlant pas beaucoup espagnol, nous avons voulu savoir si il y avait un parking non loin de leur établissement, ne prend même pas la peine de nous aider. Une fois arriver à l'hôtel il nous dit qu'il y a un parking gratuit qui se trouve à 10 min à pied. C'est dommage

Il personale non sembrava particolarmente felice di accoglierci. Parlava solo spagnolo. Struttura un po' piccola, ma camera spaziosa. Dotata di tv, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero. Non ha il parcheggio. Bisogna parcheggiare abbastanza lontano x avere i parcheggi gratuiti, oppure paghi 15€ a notte x un parcheggio a pagamento al coperto.

Hotel tres bien placé. Surtout accessible aux piétons. Un problème de bruit insupportable des qu on allume la lumière de la salle de bain qui allume en même temps l extraction d air.J ai voulu réserver sur d autres hôtels dans la même ville,mais votre site ne fonctionne pas des lors qu on choisi des options de restauration. Les options ne sont pas confirmées dans la réservation. J'ai préféré renoncer. De plus ayant réservé 3 fois chez vous ,j attends que ma carte de fidélité soit bien marquée 3 fois.cordialement.

Ein Hotel für sehr leise Gäste

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten Fußweg ist man in der Hauptstraße und innerhalb 3 Minuten ist man am Stand. Auch der nächste Supeemarkt ist nicht sehr weit. Das Apartment hält was es verspricht, auch wenn wir sehr sehr oft um Ruhe gebeten wurden (auch wenn wir wirklich nicht laut waren) und uns aufgrund angeblich zu lauter Musik (Zimmeelautstärke!!) mit der Polizei gedroht wurde.

Kaden makuuhuoneen huoneisto toimi mukavasti meidän 4-henkisen perheemme majoituspaikkana viikon pituisella matkallamme. Perustasoinen hotelli, jossa normaalit sängyt molemmissa huoneissa, ei siis vuodesohvaa. Kaksi kapeaa parveketta. Rannalle muutama sata metriä ja sijainti keskustassa, mutta melko hiljaisella kadulla, joskin meteliä aiheutui runsaasti viereisestä nuorisohotellista. Keittiönurkkauksessa kaikki tarvittava, jääkaappi, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astiat. Sängyt yllättävän mukavat. Henkilkunnan englannin kielen taito olematonta, yksi kommunikoi välttävästi. Järjestivät kohtuuhintaisen paluukuljetuksen yksityisautolla lentokentälle.

Apartment close to the centre and the beach

It was diappoining. The rooms where filthy, during our stay of 9 days the rooms were not cleaned. If you needed for instance toiletpaper or a dustbin you had to get it yourself at the receprion. This apart hotel is not suitable for people who can't walk very well or disabled persons. First you have to climb several stairs before you get to the elevator.
