"There was hardly any water coming out of the shower. Close to impossible to shower with a drizzle. The hotel is really run down. No hot water on the bathroom tap. Just cold water was functionning. There was a strong smell of air freshener which should not be needed if the room is cleaned properly. One of our room was still not ready at 16.00 for check in. Walls are paper thin Staff was ok otherwise The place certainly doesn’t deserve the rating it has and I would never stay again nor recommend...

"Lovely room, very clean and well presented. The Balcomy was a lovely addition to the room, weather was excellent during our stay so allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. Car park nearby where you can park for 24hrs for around £7. Perfect location to explore fort Augustus. Instructions for entry to room simple no contact with staff as you are sent the entry codes to gain access/key electronically. No issues during stay"

"Vorzug: Der Campingplatz liegt traumhaft schön an einem Loch. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Nachteil: Das Chalet war allerdings schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar war noch in Ordnung, aber wenig praktisch. Es gab in den Schlafzimmern keinen Platz, um Taschen abzustellen. Der Preis in der Hauptsaison ist für das, was man bekommt, zu hoch."
