"Clean room and beautiful property. However, there was damage to the bottom of the door in the room we stayed in. Would just encourage regular maintenance and repair. "

We couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast-probably the best we’ve had in a hotel! It was in a very convenient location too!"

"When we checked in I was charged for a room that I had prepaid in full. Then they gave us a room in the basement. I asked the man at reception to refund the payment, which he couldn’t do — although it was fixed the next day. But the room was in a noisy area and with very little light. Not a great Best Western experience."
