"This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". "Die Unterkunft liegt relativ abgelegen. Leider gab es keinen Balkon und auch kein Frühstück, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung /Bilder so angegeben war. Es gibt vor Ort kein Personal, das Konzept ähnelt einer kontaktlosen Ferienunterkunft. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Zimmer relativ sauber waren."
