"Everything was great! Until we went to breakfast- we were told that breakfast was from 9 -10, so we went down at 9:25 thinking we were fine. The staff was cleaning up and rudely told us we better get all we want immediately because they were putting everything away. A few other people came down after us and were also shocked that things were already put away for the day. When I mentioned that we thought breakfast was until 10:00, the ladies did not give any explanation, just kept putting everything away. I understand she was just trying to do her job, but obviously there was some misinformation provided to us that she could have handled differently. I would still recommend this place but was a little off put by this interaction with the staff."

"Great one night stay for the tour of the moon cycling event. Very convenient to the convention center. Room has hard surface floor (no carpet), very clean! GM Jacob was super friendly and helped us store our bikes. The only neg point is that HVAC system was quite loud when kicked in. We travel w ear plugs so not a big issue."

"The room was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Towels were not thick but they were clean. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, guests that stayed before had zero home training and wrote on furniture and the mirror in permanent marker. The hotel needs some renovating but a clean, decent place to sleep for a night."
