"The property has 10 floors. You have to take two elevators if you are staying 7th floor and above. From the entrance of the hotel to your room cane take up to 15 min between two elevators and wait time of elevator. Just make sure you staying 6th floor and below at the hotel. The hotel is nice and has good food but expensive. It is all good otherwise. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted.
