"I checked in in the afternoon from international travel . They can’t provide hot water in the evening for bath . They said hot water available only in the morning . Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing"
