"掃除が行き届いておらず、部屋にあるカップにコーヒーのシミがついていたり、ほこりが落ちていたり、清掃のスタッフが、タオルをお風呂場に運ぶのに、ゴミを捨てたゴミ箱の中に入れて運んでいたり… せっかく、ロビーの人は親切で、朝食なども良かったのに、掃除が行き届いていない事が残念でした。"

"Fantastic location on the waterfront. We had a great view of the Swan from our 15th floor room. Rooms are great. A couple of minuses: breakfast is poor and overpriced, much better to eat out on the quay; and some staff members were confused and inefficient. But a nice hotel in a lovely place."

"The staff were incredibly helpful. I got an upgrade on the room and a late checkout. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent too, again lovely helpful staff. Would recommend the hotel. "

"Breakfast OK but inflexible, small change from set prepaid breakfast caused big extra charge. Biggest concern with room was poor lighting, a lot of lights but dim, bed lamps no where near bright enough to read by. Plentiful, easy to reach power plug ins. Black walls in bathroom made room to dark to see properly to shave, put on makeup etc. Room was quiet and bed soft but comfortable."

So close to Jacobs ladder & kings park, short drive to the city, subi etc This is a old building done up Really big old air con unit in the room was the first thing i noticed, didn't have to use it thank goodness. Lights were a fancy panel but still after 2 days couldn't work out how to turn the lights on/off Room was small but felt fresh with nice small bathroom area Comfortable bed No noise protection, doors banging and cars arriving outside was...

"Great Location. Smooth checked in and out. Lovely view from our balcony. We stayed in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with full kitchen, washer, and dryer. Just perfect for family stay. "

"Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip."

"ロケーションは抜群（駅も波止場も徒歩圏、買い物、食事にも便利）、名前通りの趣きあるホテルです。セキュリティボックスが部屋にない、朝食の場所がホテル内にない（隣接のカフェと提携していて、そこの食事が１０％ひき）等の古さはありますが、比較的よく手入れされていると思います。ただ、唯一部屋の壁紙が破損していて、そこに「セロテープ」で同じ壁紙が貼り付けてあることを除けば。それさえなければ、高評価でした。"

"So clean, every day we came back to an immaculately clean room beds made fresh towels, more tea, milk and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 7 minutes to the station and regular trains to the city. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. "
