"The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes. "We had a wonderful stay for one night. It was easy to find and we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant before settling in for the night. The room was clean and quiet, the shower hot and the beds very comfy. The staff were very nice and helpful too, with a delicious breakfast in the morning (great cappuccino!). Highly recommend."

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner.
