"The place was beautiful and clean, I had a problem with them guaranteeing my room on my credit card and I had 15 charges for the room show on my credit card with her making attempts and my credit cards said they were all approved. They fix everything and that was fine but the amenities in the room were not good they had the same mystery ingredient in all three dispensers. "We love Prescott House and stay here anytime we visit Saranac Lake, which is usually a couple times a year. We actually did a historical walking tour this visit that stopped here, so it was really neat to learn about the history of the house and Saranac Lake in general. Definitely recommend."
