"We had a great stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the fantastic front desk staff working on the night of October 28th!
Upon arrival, we ran into an issue where an Expedia system error incorrectly assigned us a Standard Double Room (with just one double bed) instead of the Standard Quadruple Room we had booked for the three of us. Thankfully, the team was extremely helpful and resolved the problem right away by moving us to a spacious room with two double beds, which matched the photos from our original booking. Had the hotel been fully booked, this could have been a huge issue, so we are deeply grateful for their quick thinking and outstanding hospitality.
The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious—perfect for a family stay. Highly recommended! (Though I’d suggest double-checking your reservation directly with the hotel beforehand if booking through third-party sites.)"
