"We had an interesting start to our stay. We booked one room with a king bed. We were given a room that adjoined with another. Even with the door shut, we could hear every word of the neighbor's phone conversation, despite the fact that they were speaking at a normal volume. We requested to be moved to a non-adjoining room. To do so, we had to accept a room with 2 queens instead of what we'd booked. That room was on the 4th floor and the ceiling had leaked onto one of the beds. Finally, our third room was quiet and leak proof, but again was 2 queens when that's not what we booked. It was clean and fairly comfortable, if a little outdated. Throughout all of this, the employee at the front desk was fantastic and quick to help us. However, it really frustrates me to pay for one kind of room and not get it. We chose to not eat breakfast at the property, so I can't comment on that. Based on this experience, I wouldn't stay at this Ramada again. "
