"Excelente todo 10 de 10"

"Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables pero el lavatorio no tiene espacio para nada, no un cepillo! El lavabo tiene calentador y jato de agua que no funcionaba. El desayuno muy desordenado y servicio muy lento para el café y huevos. Fue mi primera vez en este hotel en Cáceres porque es nuevo pero no pienso en regresarme a este."

"The property is in good conditions and it's located at the historic center. We chose it because it was recommended. But our experience was not good from the beginning. The access to the hotel was blocked and we were not informed in advance. We had to call the hotel after trying to get there for over an hour. Then they sent us written instructions through email. At least the instructions included pictures so we can follow them properly (the streets are very narrow with confusing signs). When...

"La relación calidad-precio está bien, pero fallan detalle s importantes, como que la ventana no tuviera cortina, que el secador no funcionase o el ruido que hacían las tuberías cada vez que alguien iba al baño en la habitación de al lado. "This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were directed to a screen outside the hotel to self check in - even though there were two staff on reception. When I complained I was checked in by a member of staff. We had our two dogs with us and access was not easy as there are a lot of dark corridors where the lights are on sensors but do not come on early enough. Because of this I tripped over my dogs lead on the stairs and cut my face"

"Prima kamer en een goed bed. We waren de enige gasten , personeel vertrok om 09.00 en hebben we daarna niet meer gezien. Ook niet bij uit checken. Personeel was wel vriendelijk. Koffie en broodje prima. "
