"We enjoyed our stay and its location is in walking distance from the UVA medical center we had an appointment at. We are in our 70s and 80s and were not aware we would be in a building across the street from the main building and up a steep flight of stairs. We did not notice when we booked that this Inn is on a campus of more than one building and has no elevators. That being said, it was wonderful to have a living area with comfortable chairs and a desk right down the hall from us. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The staff were very fabulous and helpful and there was a jazz trio in the main building one evening we were there. It looks like the main building had some rooms on the first floor so if that is needed remember to ask when you reserve your room!"

"Hotel showing soon age. Our floor is sinking on the carpet side. In fact you can see where the cracked line is going. Bathroom has a potion of the ceiling coming down in the corner near the shower heads. Slight smell of gas in the hall but I believe they were working on that. The room was clean and bed was nice a comfortable. It also needs a new fridge because it was not cooling to well. But it wasn't a bad stay at all."
