"My husband and I stayed a couple of nights and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, along with the friendliness of the staff. When we walked in the lobby for check-in, we were immediately greeted and it went very smoothly. Each time walking past the front desk, we were always greeted as well. It was refreshing.
The breakfast was really good, but if you wanted oatmeal or pancakes, you had to stand in the long omelet line to get them because they were not self-serve. The restaurant in the hotel is only open for breakfast. There is a pricey seafood restaurant next door for lunch/dinner, but plan accordingly for other dining options.
The parking IN the hotel parking lot is very limited, but plenty of parking across the street from the hotel.
Something else that surprised us was that the hallways are not air conditioned. When you walk out of your room, you are immediately hit in the face with heat and humidity like you are standing outside. We’ve never experienced that before in a hotel with inside hallways.
In all, we were pleased with our stay and appreciated the hospitality. We will definitely consider staying again when we are back in town."
