"Pullman Luang Prabang was a fantastic experience: peaceful, tranquil and luxurious. Every member of staff was dedicated to making our stay wonderful, the grounds were tranquil and there were lots of lovely locations to relax in, including 2 large pools. "A lovely hotel. We felt taken care of and it was a nice relaxing break during our travels. We didnt see a single other person while we were there and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was also really good and the food was tasty. There's even a shuttle to take you to the main part of town."

"The concierge and staff were friendly. They helped us book a taxi service to get to places. We could easily rent bikes to go to the night market or other areas in town. Would recommend this place! Rooms were nice and clean. One issue though, our shower drain took long to drain so there is a tendency to flood. I hope this is only an issue for our room. (A03) Breakfast selection was great too!"

The hotel is also located at perfect walking distance from everything. We didn’t have to walk far to experience the magic of Luang Prabang. I highly recommend this hotel and this city. Simply magical"
