Room and hotel, in general, were neglected. Exposed outlets and wiring, stained tub, no elevator and missing doorknobs. We found live cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff was friendly.

The room and hotel was a little disappointed for a country inn & suites it was more of an average hotel given I was probably the only guest maybe two or three others I'm not sure for 200 rooms the air conditioner didn't work and the room was in need of repair the bed was comfortable the breakfast was average I didn't expect a lot with it because there was not that many guests but all in all I was a little disappointed with it being a country inn & suites

The staff was very hospitable. But the rest of the hotel was not good and in total disrepair. I contemplated sleeping in my car after seeing and smelling the room but wanted to be safe. I ended up throwing away all of my clothing, bags, shoes and personal belongings upon returning home so I didn't bring an infestation home. I regret the experience and will always look at reviews prior to staying at any hotel going forward. I can't imagine this is actually a hotel by Radisson. It just doesn't add up.

Not the best choice

It was at least clean which is definitely a good thing! However, the elevator was out of service. The pool was out of service. So was the ice machine. And the room we stayed in had no way to turn on the shower head which I am not sure how they are even still able to rent that particular room if no one is able to bathe in it! But the gentleman at the front desk was still very kind and I know it wasn't his fault directly.

It was just ok. The hot tub, the elevator, the microwave was all broken. The bed was comfortable. We received 1 towel for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had to go to Walmart to get some.

The hotel and rooms were clean and relatively well maintained. The room was missing a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so housekeeping just walked right in while we were changing clothes. Housekeeping also removed our hand soap without replacing it. The front desk workers were very kind and accommodating though.

This is a very interesting property. We didn’t have towels, any silverware for the kitchenette, the soap was falling apart in the package. However, when we did get the towels, they were nice. The bed was good. The pillows were amazing. But overall it’s a place that needs some repair outside of your room. The very front entrance has had water damage overhead and is missing the ceiling.

The outside looked great, but the rooms looked very old. Our bed only had two thin sheets on it, no blanket. The bathroom had one light that worked. The kitchen had a coffee maker, but no cups. I had to call the front desk for towels and washcloths because there was only two towels and no washcloths when we got there. The hairdryer didn’t work at all. The staff was friendly and housekeeping was prompt when called. The other family traveling with us experienced the same problems. This hotel looks to be quite old with an outside facelift. We won’t choose this hotel again.

Location is not in the best area of town BUT we had no issues or worries for personal safety nor safety of our vehicle. Front desk staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast staff not so much. I was eating and she began putting away ALL the food and drinks. I looked at my watch and saw it was 9:38 on a Sunday. I thought breakfast must have ended at 9:30 on Sundays versus 10:30 on Saturday. Later saw a sign that said breakfast was until 10:30 on Sunday. I was pretty livid as I left still hungry because all the food was put away just short of an hour early. The hotel itself needs a facelift. It's looking pretty rundown. Overall cleanliness was ok. We moved the chair looking for something we dropped and found a few pieces of trash that were not ours. Other than that the room felt and smelled clean.There was a giant hole in our curtains. The tub was very slippery. I almost busted my butt several times stepping in and out. This wasn't a terrible stay but next time I'll probably spend a touch more and stay closer to the college.
