Cleanliness – ★★★★☆
The hotel’s public areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The lobby, restaurants, swimming pool area, and picnic spaces were spotless, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The room itself was fairly clean, but the bathroom and shower needed more attention to detail. Overall, cleanliness was good, but there’s room for improvement in the guest rooms.
Staff & Service – ★★★★★
This is where the property truly shines! Both housekeeping and culinary teams provided excellent service, especially when specific requests were made.
Comfort & Facilities – ★★★☆☆
The bed had an extremely soft mattress, which made sleeping uncomfortable and affected overall rest. The pool water was cloudy upon arrival, but maintenance staff quickly addressed the issue, and within an hour, the water cleared enough for a pleasant swim. The restaurant was quaint, quiet, and welcoming, offering a cozy dining experience. Due to the poor sleep quality, I’m deducting one star in this category.

The hotel’s location was excellent—easily accessible off a main highway and only about 15 minutes from downtown Lucena.
Value for Money – ★★★★☆
For the price paid, the stay offered good value overall. However, I was surprised by a ₱1,000 damage deposit upon arrival, which wasn’t disclosed on the Expedia listing. This felt like a hidden fee, so I’m deducting one star for transparency.
