"Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside. "Great location and the view from the room was spectacular. We arrived early 11am and were lucky to get early check in as room was available. Breakfast was very good. Spa and indoor pool was good and gym better than average (though watch your head if over 6ft!"
