"My room had a very distinct smell- hair and stains on the bed, the bathroom was not clean at all. I was moved to a new room and the keys stopped working the same night. Went to the front desk for a new key the next day and they said it still showed i was in the precious room I was given at booking and told me they didn't know how to fix it so I had the remainder of my two night stay without a working key and also had a staff member to barge in our room forgetting we were in there because it wasn't on their system. Completely unacceptable. Horrible stay! Ill never stay at a Spark again"
