Room was clean, but the basics were lacking. The staff made the room but they simply dumped the pillows and the cushions in the bay window and closed the curtains hoping that we wont notice. The room slippers were absent, they gave when we asked. Forgot the replace the toilet paper

Fortune Park BBD: The Best of Our Trip (5/5 Stars) ​Our stay at Fortune Park BBD in Lucknow was simply flawless and has been the best hotel experience on our trip so far. This is an excellent, new, and modern property that feels very well-maintained. ​The accommodation was superb: the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. We found no faults whatsoever with the physical amenities or the quiet ambiance of the hotel. The slightly out-of-city location provides a welcome peaceful retreat. ​The dining was highly impressive. The food was very nice, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. The service in the restaurant was prompt, and the waiters were particularly helpful, making every meal a pleasant experience. ​Above all, the staff’s professionalism and helpfulness were outstanding. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping, was attentive and courteous, delivering consistently great service. ​I wholeheartedly recommend Fortune Park BBD to anyone visiting Lucknow who prioritizes modern facilities, spacious comfort, and truly outstanding service.

Why only one room key?

Overall the hotel was good. I stayed there because it is very close to my in-law’s home. The food was okay too. A few quirks: they would give only one room key. This was fairly inconvenient, as my wife and I had different schedules. Also, it seems they would not let you control the temperature (we visited in December) so the room was cold at night. When I called late night, they offered to send a technician. I did not want a technician in the room at that hour of the night, so I just slept through the cold temperature. Would I stay there again?: probably, given the convenient location for me, otherwise there are other hotels I stayed at that I prefer.

I spent four nights here and the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The double occupancy deluxe room was very spacious (and could have easily accommodated another single bed), air conditioning in August worked very well, the internet was fast and reliable, hot water and shower pressure were great, and room service was quick. The restaurant buffet options for breakfast and dinner were quite lavish. There is also a nice swimming pool on the terrace which I did not use but would certainly consider the next time. It's at a busy intersection and chaotic but that's true for most Indian roads. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay at Fortune Park BBD, Lucknow

My Stay was at Fortune Park BBD was really good. I stayed earlier at some other 5 star hotel, but I think the Amenities and interior decorations within my Room at Fortune Park BBD were far better, it being a 4 star hotel. Overall the hotel is really good and service is also prompt. Staff is courteous.

non è oro tutto quello che luccica

Hotel apparentemente perfetto ma con qualche difetto, nel bagno la porta della doccia lascia una fessura di 0,5 cm,quindi sempre allagato dalla prima doccia.Il ristorante dell'ultimo piano propone una cena apparentemente favolosa, rivelatasi poi scarsa e insoddisfacente, più per l'inadeguatezza del personale.Impossibile regolare la temperatura in camera e il wiFi funziona solo su due telefonini, impossibile scaricare un quotidiano o usare il laptop. Non dispongono di un tecnico in grado di risolvere il problemaStanza n 304.Non lo consiglio, ma sono osservazioni personali.

Amazing Lucknow

Great hotel, premium bedding and towels considering its India. Nice big room. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Nice location about 900m to mall with lots of eateries, shopping and cinema. Definitely recommend this hotel
