Excellent hotel! Pure luxury + friendly staff

Fantastic hotel - pure luxury, and great location, too. Very nice staff, excellent surroundings. Only downside might be the proximity to the water works (a dam), which MIGHT be a problem if you are very sensitive to sound. Turned out not to be a problem for us, though.

Reception officers.

The hotel reception staff are incompetent, I had a reservation at Bergström Hotel Lüneburg, and the staff couldn't find it, but kept talking about the name of the hotel chain, which is strange, because the hotel has more than ten names on the hotel website! Maybe the staff should be trained, and tell the other names too! There should also be clearer name signs in the hotel area, because the hotel is in many different buildings.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, alles Wesentliche ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich, die Einrichtung sichtlich nicht ganz neu, aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Das gesamte Hotelensemble mit den verschiedenen Gebäuden ist insgesamt einfach großartig. Das Frühstück hat alles geboten, was wir uns gewünscht haben, von Ei und Würstchen bis Obstsalat und Müsli.

Plus: Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt, super nettes Personal, schöne Lobby, nette Kleinigkeiten wie Hundeleckerlies, toller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer, großartige Lage, Getränke auf dem Zimmer, Checkout bis 14h am Sonntag, Zimmer warm (Heizung war an bei Anreise). Kleine Abzüge für: Sehr hellhörig wahrscheinlich aufgrund von Verbindungstür zum nächsten Zimmer. Schwimmbad und Sauna leider nicht im selben Haus und Schwimmbad wirklich klein, aber immerhin gibt es eins.
